Prices of the Exhibition Departments and Stands
The prices of the Exhibition Departments and Stands vary based on their location and size. Rule of thumb is that the main hall stands are more pricier than the stands that are slightly further away from the entrance of the Hotel.

If you made reservations last year, you will receive a written confirmation letter with exact prices during November.
The Exhibition department or stand will be paid by invoice that is sent before the conference. The due date is around 2 weeks before the Conference and Exhibition begin.
Pre-booked stands and departments can be changed or cancelled free of charge before 31.12.present year.
Cancellations that are made during the conference year cost 25 % of the price of the stand.
Cancellations that are made during February year cost 50 % of the price of the stand.
For cancellations that are made during March or April we have to charge the full price.
